My Dream House

Remodeling Room, Residential Remodelling, Kitchen and Bath Remodeling and Interior Redesign are crucial. 'My Dream House' is the first entry in the 'Remodelog' of House Plans Helper. That is why it is No 1. And that is our new dream home, our forever home, number on the street. Whatever a 'while' turns out to be in 'for a while' is the one we will be in. Let's start back in late 2013 when we bought the place. As I said it's my dream house: we can cycle into town near school, it has 3 generous bedrooms, a beautiful large garden facing south and a garage for our bikes. All and all, our family just wants what we need. We always knew that we would extend it to have 2 more bedrooms because we want them to be comfortable when the family comes to stay from overseas, usually for around a week. My House of Dreams-first floor In this Building, I see so much promise. Here's a floor plan of how we use the ground floor as it is. Our furniture isn't the best fit but we won't buy furniture until the remodel is complete. Entrance:

The front entrance is stunning with a great staircase into the front hall. We are hanging our coats in the wc next to the hall right now and as you can see we have a small shoe storage unit and there are bags on the floor. Kitchen layout

The kitchen layout can really be changed. Part of it is in a hallway and part of it is in the house that used to be a garage. The freezer is out at the eastern garage's north-eastern corner. The seating area is set back from the rest of the house so there's a lot of potential for getting better light from the south and a better view from the dining area of the kitchen. Living Room

The living room is a nice size, actually. We often find ourselves sitting with a cup of tea, reading, talking or simply relaxing in the bay window area. I've got one problem here. My feeling is to flatten the bay off and allow more effect on the main bay in the dining room. I 'd try to sit in the dining room in the bay and make sure I like the view.
